History and Examination: A 30-year lady presented to the General Surgery OPD with complaints of a slow-growing painless swelling in right parotid region for 1 year. single, 4×3 cm, vertically oval, firm, non-tender, freely mobile was palpated region.Investigations: Ultrasonogram revealed well-defined hypoechoic lesion superficial lobe gland- possible Pleomorphic adenoma. USG guided FNAC from showed features adenoma.Treatment: Total conservative parotidectomy.Histopathology: Sections salivary gland characteristics few lymphoid follicles. The deep histopathological suggestive Conclusion: diagnosis pleomorphic adenoma made basing on clinical examination & investigations, planned parotidectomy. However our surprise, apart essentially normal gland, tumor found, hence proceeded total
